Exactly what the paid plans give you today. Nothing on this page is a maybe.
Lite exists because there is now a real difference to sell, and it is the only one: which answer model you get. Lite runs the fast model — the same one the free trial uses — with the time limit removed. Pro runs our strongest model. Everything else on both plans is identical.
Free trial
The whole product for 40 minutes, so you can judge it on a real interview rather than a demo.
What you get
- 40 minutes of interview time, once. Not 40 minutes a month — a single allowance per device, enforced on our server so it is the same number for everyone.
- Our fast answer model — the same one Lite runs on.
- Everything that makes AMI what it is: live local transcription, the screen-share-hidden overlay and its self-check, and all tones and answer lengths. The trial is not a crippled version.
- No account and no card. Nothing to cancel, because there is nothing to start.
What it does not do
- It does not follow you to another computer — that needs an account, which means a paid plan.
- It does not reset. When the 40 minutes are gone they are gone.
Lite
Unlimited practice, on the fast model. For drilling questions without watching a clock.

- Our fast answer model. The same model the free trial runs on. It is quick and it is good, but it is not the stronger model Pro uses — if you want the best answers on unusual questions, pick Pro.
- All tones and answer lengths. Switch between concise and detailed, and between formal and conversational, per session.
- Live local transcription and the screen-share-hidden overlay — the same as the trial. Your interview audio never leaves your machine.
- Your plan on any of your computers. Sign in and it follows you.

How billing works
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, as the merchant of record. Your card statement shows their name, they issue your invoices and they handle sales tax and VAT. Card details never reach AMI's servers.
When am I charged, and how much?
Monthly, on the same date you subscribed, at the price shown above in USD. Local taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country — the total is always shown before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
Open Account in the app and cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free. You are not charged again and you are not cut off early.
Can I change plan?
Not directly — the app does not switch a subscription between Lite and Pro. To move, cancel from the app's Account tab: you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and can then choose the other one.
Refunds
See the refund policy. If you were charged in error, contact us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Do I need an account?
For a paid plan, yes. The subscription belongs to your account rather than to one machine, which is what lets it follow you to a new computer. The free trial needs no account at all.
